Ko ache tarike se smjna ek process hai ek system hai . 1% improve krna hr uss kaam ko jisse aap kr re ho ise apni habit bna lo q ki jb ye aapki habit bn jaegi to chote chote positive change aapko aapke hr kaam me najar aane lgenge .
HABIT FORMATION ke chaar tarike hote hai 1. CUE
2. CRAVING
3. RESPONSE and
4. REWARD.
 CUE - wo chiz hai jo aapko reward yaad dilati hai. CRAVING - hme reward pane k liye majboor krti hai.
RESPONSE - hme reward dilate hai or hum.
REWARD - isliye chahte hai kyu ki ys to use hme satisfaction milta hai ya to kuch naya sikhne ko milega .

 Habit ek behavior hai jo baar baar repeat krne pr bn jata hai . koi bhi habit ko apn chaaro parts me divide kr skte hai, CUE, CRAVING, RESPONSE, and REWARD, in chaaro me se koi bhi ek chiz insufficient hogi to vo behavior hmari aadat nahi bnega.
FOR EXAMPLE- ‘CUE’ ko hta do to habit start hi nahi hogi ‘CRAVING’ ko hta do to aapko vo kaam krne ka mnn hi nhh krega ‘RESPONSE’ ko difficult bna do aap vo kaam kr hi nhi paoge or agr ‘REWARD’ aapki desire ko satisfy hi nhh kr paya to aap use dobara nhh kroge.
